32 years ago, a young international student arrived in Australia with no money, no contacts, and no English. Today Monika Tu is the Founder and Director of Black Diamondz Group, Sydney’s number one real estate agent for luxury properties winning multiple awards.
We are excited to welcome Monika to share her inspirational story, how she found a niche in the market that she can serve better than anybody else. She will share how she turned her cultural heritage from a liability into an asset.
Monika sold the most expensive Australian property for 2019, coming in at a cool $22.6 Million. Monika is an ambassador for BMW Australia, the Museum of Contemporary Art (MCA) Fashions of Multicultural Australia (FOMA). She was a finalist for the EY Entrepreneur of The Year Award 2018 and CEO Magazine’s CEO of The Year Award 2019
A committed philanthropist, Monika is a founding patron of the Global Women Leaders for the International Committee of the Red Cross and an Ambassador for the Children’s Cancer Institute’s CEO Dare to Cure fundraising event.
