For the first time in a long time, we’re going to do a Q&A Episode!

Between email, social media, or just real-life interactions, I get questions daily about training, coaching, business/personal development, etc.

So this month, I’m going to answer a handful of questions that I think will help make YOU a better trainer, coach, or business owner.

And if you enjoy this episode, I personally (and selfishly!) had a ton of fun doing it, so please let me know if you’d like me to make this a regular thing.

Thanks and enjoy!

Are we going to do some high-force training? Absolutely. But if I want to get somebody ready for competitive sport, there has to be an element of high-speed training in there as well. – MR

This Week on the Physical Prep Podcast:

  • The step-by-step process we use to onboard new staff at IFAST.
  • How we help our coaches learn the program design process – both as interns, and then later on, as full-time coaches
  • Should client sessions expire at the end of every month? And if so, WHY do you do this as a biz owner?
  • My proudest moment (or 10) in coaching
  • KPI’s I’m using to determine the effectiveness of my flywheel training with my athletes
  • Why you might choose front-foot elevated (i.e. loading-focused) versus rear-foot elevated (propulsion-focused) split-squat variations.
  • My current goals for RTS, IFAST, coaching and life.
