Greetings! My name is Joel Boone, and I serve as the Senior Pastor of Big Valley Grace Community Church. Let me share some of my life with you: I was born and raised in Modesto, CA., and have been a part of the BVG staff since 2003. I have served in various leadership roles and helped launch our Ceres Campus as the Lead Pastor in 2019. In 2021, I had the privilege and honor of becoming the Senior Pastor of Big Valley Grace Community Church. My high school sweetheart, Sarah, and I have been married for 20+ years. Together, we happily raise nine children and enjoy a lifestyle of many activities. I have earned a Bachelor's in Biblical Studies and am pursuing a Master of Divinity degree in Pastor Studies. 1 Thessalonians 2:11-12 has been the inspiration that has solidified my path in fulfilling the mandate to make disciples for the kingdom. I desire to equip the church body I serve and others seeking.
