As Senior Fellow at The Ocean Foundation, Kevin conceptualizes and implements strategies for the foundation, including helping lead the organization's programs to block offshore oil and gas development in the U.S., significantly decrease plastic pollution in the world's oceans and address ocean acidification globally. He continues to be an outspoken advocate for the environment, equality and civil rights, leading the charge for ocean, energy and climate policy. He is a longtime surfer, swimmer, sailor and ocean lover and was a former national director of the Surfrider Foundation.
