Today I talk to Sarah Humpherys who had major Social Anxiety to the point she couldn’t talk to strangers. She is a great example how you can overcome this issue. Even though she said she still has some anxiety, Sarah is very articulate and intelligent and even did a TV news interview. Sarah loves Marvel comic Characters and anime. But I think overcoming her issues to publish a book at 18 makes her Super Sarah.
