Adolf Hitler did this to great effect with the Night Of The Long Knives. The riots that engulfed America for 6 months in 2020 were based on a lie, George Floyd died of a drug overdose. Remember Michael Brown with 'hands up, don't shoot!"? That was a lie as well, it never happened. There is so much pertaining to what really happened on January 6 on Capitol Hill that is being kept from us, and much that is being told never actually happened. Remember Democrats endlessly repeating how Officer Sicknick was 'beaten to death with a fire extinguisher'? Turns out he was not, not ever close. Democrats are lying in order to push through an agenda designed to take away our free speech and everything else. They have made much more progress towards this goal they even they ever dreamed possible. The only question is, can they be stopped?
