10/13/2021 - Welcome to our first episode! Today’s topic is the service industry, with a side order of sarcasm. We’ll give you some tips on how to be a good customer, or at least, just not a dick. We’ll cover the basics: respect, patience, and communication. We’ll suggest some funny new mantras, like “I can be cheap, or I can be needy. I must pick only one.” We’ll guide you on how to become a happy, returning customer. Then we’ll banter about minor beefs, like not interfering with side-work, or hassling the hostess. We’ll discuss things that were rude and gross before COVID that are now just unacceptable. And we’ll explain how it’s not just about the money and how we love this industry! This PSA is for the dicks… and the turtles.
