Did you know that 85% of first responders have experienced symptoms of mental illness at some point in their lifetime? Did you know that first responders often face barriers to receiving mental health support? In this episode, the Mental Health Mamas are joined by a special guest who happens to be a firefighter and EMT. Listen in as we talk openly about mental health challenges in the first responder field and how our guest is facing those challenges.
