Since May of 2019, MARTINE GIROTTO has been the President of LegalShield Canada, the Canadian subsidiary of its US-based parent company, LegalShield. As President, she is dedicated to the company's growth and expansion throughout the Canadian market and has established its home office in the Greater Montreal Metropolitan area. LegalShield Canada consists of a network of more than 11,000 independent Associates offering services to both individuals and Canadian small and medium-sized businesses. In total, LegalShield Canada protects and empowers approximately 44,000 members throughout the country.
With over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles, Martine brings a wealth of knowledge and an undeniable contribution to the Direct Sales Industry. Prior to joining LegalShield, Martine held the position of General Manager for Canada at Jeunesse Global for three years, where she was responsible for market strategy, sales, leadership development, and marketing efforts across the country. Previously, Martine also held various management roles in companies such as Mary Kay Cosmetics.
With a degree in psychology, Martine has developed a passion for the Direct Selling Industry, where she now thrives. Her strong work ethic, combined with her ability to balance tactics and strategic planning, has allowed her to gain significant influence within the industry's circle of leadership. Her love for helping others makes her an empathetic and dedicated person who always seeks to help the people around her grow. Martine is a strong advocate of the Women Empowering Women movement and has been asked to be a guest speaker at many women’s empowerment events.
Martine is also a proud mother of two—her sons Eric and Tristan. Her children, whom she cherishes, were blessed to have grown up in an environment where personal development and a positive mindset were nurtured and encouraged. She and her husband of 20 years have also supported their sons in various extracurricular activities and have involved themselves by volunteering for her sons' football team while they were still active in the sport.
