Hey friends. We got Ashton Overbay on the podcast today! We talk about how reading the Bible transitioned from being a chore Ashton felt like she needed to accomplish to a text of meditation and stories that reveal the heart of God for the people of Israel and the audiences of the New Testament, as well as for us, but we don't rush to its application because of the importance of understanding the Bible in its time first. I said 1 Thessalonians 4:11 was the reference for "the caught up in the air passage." It's actually 1 Thessalonians 4:17
