In this episode of the Millionaire Mindcast, we have Matt Beaudreau who shares insights on how to build future business leaders and win the world with the right core values, responsibilities, discipline, habits, and alternative education to continue to evolve and get you to the next level. Also, he gets you some tips on how to fight the cons of social media, how to get out of those emotional places and get to a place of logic, and find your purpose and calling in life!

Matt Beaudreau is an entrepreneur, International Keynote Speaker with The Center for Generational Kinetics, Founder of The Art of High Impact Homeschooling, and the Founder and CEO at Acton Academy Placer, who believes that learning to do, learning to be, and learning to learn are more important than memorization alone – learning to know.

Matt is super blessed with a DNA component of being a good leader and entrepreneur. He loves connecting with people and is very interested in education. He was a public and private teacher and administrator that served a window to his speaking career. Matt has a belief system that education can be done differently; therefore, find people with the same interest as him. Until he found a global network with all the entrepreneurs where they share their one of kind ideas, helping each other, and they are united to give values to the world.

In line with this, the world is changing so rapidly right now and Matt is concerned with kids knowing Algebra at the right time. Thus, disrupting the education system and building the Acton Academy Placer to equip young kids with self-confidence and self-awareness, creating autonomy and independence. They help find the calling of the youth and adapt to changes no matter what and provide value to people.

Life is a long-tail game and a quest, and Matt has tasted so many things. He insists on starting to try a million different things early enough to know what you’re good at so you’re not missing the opportunity. For parents, don’t stress out on the things that don’t actually matter. Let your kids learn to set goals. Don’t be worried about somebody else's opinion. Get rid of it to start seeing things logically versus emotionally.
