Coming out of the pandemic, it must suck to own a hospitality business. Places like bars, restaurants, and hotels. They just can’t find people to work! Well why is that you wonder? Maybe because the pay stinks and the working conditions are horrible? Duh!
Instead of going back to their old jobs, many hospitality workers found better jobs. Jobs that didn’t simply pay minimum wage. Where you don’t have to rely on tips to make a living wage. Where you’re not on your feet for 8 hours a day. Where shifts don’t change. Where your co-workers simply don’t show up for work.
At least for now, hospitality businesses don’t hold all the power…the workers do! Let’s look into it, on this…episode 31…of Middle Class Over…
