Just coming off of Rothrock GRIT in Rothrock State Forest near State College, PA. Talked to a bunch of folks including the organizers Tanya and Mary Ann, Brad from Dronediculous, Dave Pryor, some friends of the podcast, some folks from Specialized and a young lady of only 15, Emily, that laid out her training plan and strategy for the race - and note, Emily followed up with a voicemail recap. What a great couple of days in PA getting to see old friends and make some new ones now that Covid is canceled.
