Introducing thought to Knowledge can relieve us of thinking that thinking is our only source. Obsessive thoughts naturally unravel, like twisted rope, when they are no longer held tight in belief as true. Reality is not based on belief, neither is Truth. They are as they are regardless of what is thought of them.
Simplicity is easiest to complicate. What can seem complicated is simple. To rely solely on thought as reality demands thought try to do and be what thought is not and cannot be. This form of thoughtlessness creates a sense of impossibility - since its aim is impossible. The mental obsession is a chronic disturbance. It would not be disturbing if we didn't know better.
To think of thinking as our primary source is to narrow awareness to what we think. If it were our only source it would be our crowning achievement and elation rather than anxiety, stress and depression would be our experience.
If an Absolute, unchanging, unlimited nature is our source then it is simple since it does not change. Empires rise and fall based on mythology, superstition and cultural “norms” that are abnormal. Thought is a byproduct of reality and truth not the creator of either.
If IT IS as IT IS we are as free to feel condemned by thinking otherwise as we are to notice what we start. Problems clearly seen see solutions as always known.
Obsessive thoughts chronically defend only what is indefensible. Acting oblivious will fade as the illumination of our obvious Knowing nature is introduced to thought. Thoughts purpose is to channel Reality and Truth - not create what existed before human’s first thought.

Reality is unlimited and never changes. The idea that how and what we think creates reality suggests otherwise. Acting on backward thoughts leads to behaviors that are out of order reflecting a reversal of our natural fortune. Anxious, nervous and systemic disorders reflect this impossible attempt to reverse the Law and Order of our Universe's Essence. Dis-ease is the lack of ease created and maintained by such twisted mental acrobatics. Stress and Anxiety inhibit healing. Mentality is a bodily function. Mental disease is a physcial ailment. For as long as it is misdiagnosed - any cure or treatment will perpetuate its contagion.
Principles affirm Our indivisible nature. Sharing Principles confirms our natural indivisibility. Inspiration is natural while desperation, depression, degradation and acting oblivious to what is obvious is an unnatural choice to oppose reality
Ignoring what is happening, acting as though it shouldn't be or isn't happening, produces the unintelligible jibbersh of ignorance - not reality.
