Where does it come from and why is it so common around the world?
How does it affect us?
-Mindset- I have to do this or I won’t be ok. Perception of who I am will be tainted.
-Belief in self (Self-deprecation and shame and failure)
“I’m nothing unless I can perform”
-Belief or treatment of others (Judgment), Feeling like they should be better or do better.
-Relationship with God
“Never good enough” “Always having to perform”
