The extra sunlight of the season penetrates and permeates our beingness creating an inner fire of transformation and change, the fullness of life, taking the time to resonate and be here now to regenerate ourselves and our well-being, tapping into the inner sun, within, honoring the inner and outer connection of light celebrating and raising our energy, abundance, physical, emotional, mental, spiritual - all things health and wellbeing. Aligning ourselves to the solar light above and within.
