Dawne Richards is an Inspirational leader with extensive experience in strategic planning, organizational optimization, management and mentoring, corporate communications, and audience measurement design and analysis. The co-founder of Pompano Media Group, publishing Pompano Today magazine, she is also an excellent writer and in demand as a motivational speaker. As explained on her blog she calls herself Coach Dawne as a (mostly) tongue-in-cheek reference to my experience in a wide range of life events. I’ve got a wealth of experience in many different areas, both personal and professional, but it’s not always clear to me what I’ve learned from my mistakes, so maybe you can! Kidding. I’ve learned many valuable lessons that I’m happy to share with you. Also, I do enjoy humor, even (and perhaps especially) when it’s at my own expense. Life is pretty grim without the ability to laugh at yourself.
