Osman has spent most of his career simply saying "yes" to opportunity, and by taking this approach, his career spans many industries and companies in Australia and overseas from start-ups to multinationals. Osman has gained enormous experience from successes and failures along the way, taking the view that the failures are the best part. He's worked with amazing leaders and some, not so amazing. He's made great friends with people along the way and used all the knowledge and experience to help businesses perform better.
Osman has a tendency to avoid jargon, trendy management techniques, templates or mind-numbing PowerPoint presentations. He's pragmatic, straightforward approach enables him to build trust in his relationships with clients and their team. Results come from actions, not words!
