Studies show that depression is the #1 mental illness and the most debilitating worldwide. Psilocybin (aka Magic Mushroom) has been shown to be effective in the management of treatment-resistant depression. Our guest today, Ankh Ankhara Akeru is a psilocybin specialist with a focus on the indigenous practices and the mysticism surrounding psychedelic plants.
Ankhara is the founder of Psilocypher Session on the clubhouse. He is a meta-physician, world Bridger, psychedelic, and integration techniques educator. Ankhara is also a gatekeeper that teaches people how to hold space.
