Our favorite sommelier is back! This time Arthur is talking holiday drinks. Did you know that champagne has to come from France? Most of the “bubbles” found on store shelves in America is of the sparkling wine variety. Find out which are Arthur's favorites.

The other big drink now is bourbon. We talk bourbon and more bourbon. We also discuss expensive wine, I mean very expensive wine. Is it worth the price? What was the most expensive bottle Arthur has ever shared?

And we can't talk drinks without talking hangovers. Are there any good hangover cures? We find out. Also Arthur and restaurateur Ed Rudisell started their own podcast called Shift Drink. Their show has prompted some rather unusual travels to places like Amsterdam, Paris, and Alsace France.
