Episode 73 is here and it's got all the usual, plus we take a look at the London marathon women's elite field announcement. We also wade into the super shoe debate, with some factual evidence from our resident sports scientist. Josh is back doing three decent sessions this week but realises that trying to survive off fish and rice cakes between sessions isn't sufficient fuelling. Shane is still doing his secret marathon training and takes the Lincoln boys out for another big midweek session. He also recommends that when trying to run a 2:14 800m rep, you should try to avoid having to circumnavigate riders on horseback. Aaron finally recovers from his illness, but suffers some severe doms from a 30 min run, he's got Stamford 30k next week so is hoping he can go from 20 miles a week back up to 80 miles without doing any damage.
