The 10 Reform Proposals in English:

Expand the public sector.
A modern fund socialism.
Deprivatisation - new, democratic public ownership.
A democratic, two chamber system in corporations.
Democratisation of the financial sector and investment.
Land and housing at use value, not market value.
Data socialism.
De-commodification and new public goods.
Democratic doughnut planning.
Full employment and a public job guarantee.
