Too often in the media the daily news features shootings, murders, and all types of criminal activity. Late last year, In Focus paid a visit to Central Alabama Crimestoppers to find out how citizens can help solve crimes with their anonymous tips. Tony Garrett, Executive Director, and Ray Wagner, Director of Law Enforcement Relations, sat down with Carolyn Hutcheson to discuss how the organization offers cash rewards for tips resulting in an arrest. Crimestoppers trains law enforcement agencies in much of Alabama and has helped solve cold cases.
