Next they chat about their daughter and college decision day and how they are so excited for all that comes next for her. Finally they get excited about an overnight they had in NYC and how great it was to see all of their vaccinated friends again!
Their special guest today is OUT chef and culinary instructor April Stamm. They are so excited to finally welcome another female chef to the show! Chef April chats about how she started out as an actor in NYC and how that brought her to get involved in the culinary world. From studying at the French Culinary Institute to running all of the NYC Whole Foods kitchens, back to teaching at the same place she got her education as a chef to appearing on Chopped on the Food Network, she has truly done it all. Finally she talks about her new position at The Vegan Fusion Culinary Academy in Boulder, Colorado and how a plant based diet can really impact our planet.
