It happens to all of us. We’re in the moment, in our flow, and something slips out. It was real, it was authentic. But suddenly we’re not so sure. Doubt, insecurity and other negative thoughts and feelings start to flood in and quickly crowd our inner space. As we become aware of them we begin focusing on them, the unpleasantness expands to the point where we may feel overwhelmed. Suddenly that moment has triggered us in a powerful way, far greater than the actual circumstance warrants. What we do we do now? What can we do in these moments to immediately feel better and raise our vibration? Here are some personal insights from my heart to yours (after experiencing one of these not so pleasant moments last night).
