In this episode, Jess discusses an essential truth: that each of us has the power to awaken others - whether it’s a needed and direct reminder or an emotional trigger that needs healing in someone, our best teachers are each person we encounter in life ~ regardless of the situation. We are reflections of one another; we are one. The more we recognize this, the better we are able to heal ourselves and each other. And as overwhelming this concept may feel to some at times (it’s isn’t always easy to grasp in the moment) it’s also highly reassuring to realize we each serve an important purpose simply by being who we authentically are, sharing with others and receiving as well.
