This episode feels like a call-to-action for anyone who is interested in connecting consciously with your spirituality - whether that means God, the Universe, Source or any Higher Power you believe in. Many have grown up in religious households and many of us haven’t. Talking about spirituality was a subject Jess grew up uncomfortable with for various reasons (mostly having to do with her family’s value system and religion as looked upon as something for other people, or something that was not real). Despite being internally faith driven, Jess has been pretty inhibited about this part of her life for most of it and at this time it feels very important to her to share the value, healing, peace, love, joy and connection that accompany the practice of prayer. That is the purpose of this episode. We are so powerful and as we decide to tap into our connection with God/Universe/Source we deepen our awareness, power and evolve into a more embodied version of ourselves (so beautiful, so powerful and so important at this time).
