There are so many things going on in our world today that can affect your health… from stress and trauma to the lasting “aftereffects” of COVID….

No matter where you are, there is something in this episode that will touch your heart or open your mind and energy!

(…Plus you will get to meet my wonderful cousin, Michelle. She spent almost a month in the hospital after getting COVID, then having COVID related complications.. ) In today’s episode we discuss the ongoing health issues she has been experiencing as well as releasing negative subconscious patterns and also the feeling/mindset of being grateful to be alive!

* Felt disconnected from your family

* Are not truly embodying living life/each day to its fullest

* …Or someone you know is having ongoing health issues post-COVID. – (common “after affects” include things like shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, chest heaviness/pain, migraines, fatigue and many more…
