In this episode, I interview Gurmesh Sidhu, the Co-founder and Chief Product Officer at Moment Energy, a Vancouver-based cleantech startup repurposing electric vehicle batteries for energy storage. Moment's goal is to provide a reliable and environmentally friendly energy storage solution for our customers.
Moment Energy is a Canadian-owned and operated company founded by four tech entrepreneurs in 2019, with a mission to provide worldwide access to clean, reliable, and affordable power. From creating a solution to certain issues to rolling out second-hand batteries in changing the world. Started off as four co-founders/engineers, now a team of around 16.
Gurmesh said that what he loves the most in growing a small business is the feeling of gratification. They find that feeling of gratification through giving people a job, reducing carbon footprint and carbon dioxide pollution, and making an impact on the planet.
