This is a throwback episode (4/13/2020) to Bill and Chris talking on the Speakeasy Jiu-Jitsu podcast. Before we had any equipment and had a chat in the bathroom. This episode kicked off the idea of starting their own with the addition of Olivia! Which is now known as the "Grappling With" Podcast.

In this episode we go DEEP in the world of nutrition, he uses words like epigenetics, meal timing, and De novo lipogenesis. With such a broad subject we honed in on people that are prone to putting on fat easily and are not super metabolism blessed. What to eat and when, if it is a training day or an off day. Maybe you can't train because, a flesh eating virus is taking over the world, maybe the deep state is locking down your state so they can implant chips in you. What ever the case might be, we talk about how you can not elevate your chubby levels through eating a little bit better. We also touch on some home workouts you can do with body weight exercises and kettle bells. What weights you typically will start out at and what your goal will be with some of these strength building movements.
