Today we talk in depth about the emotional benefits of Lemon - how it sunshine in a bottle and how it is a powerful cleanser of things don't want in our lives, things we want to let go. This week we are Diffusing a Blend of 2 drops each of Spearmint (The Oil of Confident Speech), Lavender (The Oil of Communication & Calm) and Lemon (The Oil of Focus).
