This week we talk to you about the infamous Cresta Run in St Moritz. There is only one Cresta Run - the oldest skeleton racing toboggan track in the world and the only one made of natural ice.
We are kindly joined by James Sunley - President of the St Moritz Tobogganing Club and Cresta record holder for 16 years, as well as Olympic skeleton racer and current record holder of the Cresta, Lord Clifton Wrottesley (or 'The Dark Lord!').
We also discuss the recent avalanches in the Alps and answer your questions about avalanche safety.
Lastly we hear from Emma about what it was like working in one of the top chalets in the Alps, her career following that, plus changes happening in the ski industry post Brexit and Covid.
