Coming into the sport of triathlon or cycling, the learning curve can be overwhelming.

There’s suddenly a large list of new equipment you have to get familiar with, you need to learn how to train properly, and turning up to races and events can be daunting.

So in this episode, we’re going through the biggest lessons we wish we knew as beginners, but this isn't exclusive to beginners, these sports are a constant learning process, and even the pros are still learning from consistent mistakes.
