El Estadio Centenario cumplió 92 años. Fue inaugurado el 18 de julio de 1930, se construyó en 9 meses y en su césped se escribieron historias imborrables. Ningún estadio vio tantos partidos de Libertadores, finales Intercontinentales, Copas América y Mundiales. Todo pasó en el Centenario, y en especial con Uruguay, Peñarol y Nacional.
