Your sobriety and recovery must come first or everything else won't even exist - let alone come second. How are you prioritizing yourself? I utilize the four components of life: physical, emotional, mental, & spiritual to structure my addiction recovery.

  • This is where I was

    • always hungover
    • sad, lonely, disconnected, depressed - name a negative emotion and I felt it.
    • underachieving
    • determination but no motivation
    • no direction
    • always 80% rarely the last 20%

  • This is what happened

    • I broke my leg
    • laid in bed and drank myself to blackout for three months
    • body shut down
    • my internal drive began to really get pissed off
    • I hit 220 pounds
    • my sister got sober - the catalyst for this journey!

  • This is where I am now

  • NLP master practitioner

    • certified life coach
    • certified business coach
    • multiple certifications for coaching

  • Public Speaker: positive habit creation through mindfulness and intention setting

    • motivational
    • inspirational
    • growth mindset

  • Podcaster

    • From Sobriety to Recovery
    • College Success Habits

  • Author

    • Life's Blueprint
    • College Success Habits (Fall 2019 release)
