In this episode I'll explore the importance you play, (the seemingly physical you), in all the experiences you have in your life. How the exploration of your consciousness is the key to all of what you will be able to do with your existence.
I'll also introduce some guided imagery type of mediation. The self or soul many times uses symbols and metaphor, when that part of us is sending information our way. In fact, the sense experiences we have are largely symbolic in nature, of the deeper actions that are occurring in consciousness. This is a two-way street however, and by using those same tools we can then influence consciousness, in a way that initiates the type of changes we would like to experience in our life. This is one of the keys to working with the inner us in its various "guises", to help us clear up the influences that we have associated with us, that then make their way into how we perceive and experience our lives.
