In this week's episode, we start a dive into assessment of you fitness from home. There are three main areas (movement, strength, and energy systems) and today we are looking at how we test a client's movement capacity. We learn how Scott and I measure ankle, hip, hamstring, and shoulder capabilities of clients. Hopefully you can test your own movement and see where you are deficient!
