It's Your Business, Your Livelihood...Certify Your Business Decisions!

Hello Everybody, welcome to another episode of ClickAI Radio.

All right, so we have been hearing a lot about certifying elections recently. But what about certifying your business decisions? Now certainly our businesses are the things that provide for our families and deliver service and value to our customers. But what does it mean to certify business decisions?

Well, let's step back. What does it mean to certify something right? Generally, as you know, it means Hey, we're gonna compare something to a framework, right? We're gonna look for alignment or compliance with that framework.

So I used to ski a lot, years ago. And at one point I took a bunch of tests was while I was in college and became certified as a ski instructor, at a local ski resort. There you go, certifications, simple enough.

So what if there is a framework for certifying your business decisions? What does that mean? It means that, we would have a way in which we could look at the impacts of the decisions, and then understand a framework that comes out of that. So AI provides a way to help us see the patterns right in your leads and in your sales pipelines.

Now, ultimately, you end up defining your patterns with each business decision you make. So in my businesses, every decision I make leaves a footprint, right? It's a breadcrumb trail that indicates and shows what the business decisions that I've made. Now, in a recent article, this is from smart data collective, they stated that AI is intended to mimic the behavior of humans, I don't totally agree with that, right? One of the uses of AI is to expose and highlight human behavior.

Now, if you think about it, AI has got the ability to shine a light on those areas in your leads and your cells behavior that are often not seen by our own perception and analysis. Now, some of our own human behaviors are counterproductive. And so in those cases, we don't want AI to mimic our behavior. But what we do want is we want to be able to see AI's use, expose those counterproductive behaviors.

So really, what we're after is we want AI to help us influence behavioral change. And so as a business owner, that starts to become crucial input to us. If we can use AI, to expose both the good as well as the not so good patterns of behavior, then we can certify our own business decisions, right?

That becomes the framework that we use to line off. So what if I told you that I could help you make steady improvements to your business? What impact would it have on your life, to be able to improve your leads to improve your sales? Would it be different for you if you suddenly had a transformative business that was more proficient and delivering value to your customers? So what would be the impact to your personal life if you align your business decisions with a framework that was produced by you by AI looking at your patterns of behavior? So some have stated that we are in the early days of AI his influence on consumer behavior? Yeah, I think that's true.

Here's some evidence of companies though, that are quote unquote, certifying their business decisions using AI. And you know them all right, one of those is McDonald's. Hey, are you going to order some fries? So McDonald's uses AI to help examine and look at the probabilities based on the ordering patterns? If you're going to be ordering fries, what that does is that actually drives inventory and supply chain. Another is Domino's Pizza, right. In that case, they identify the person in the home, who does the most ordering and therefore then on the fly figures out Oh, let's customize with this coupon. Are these special offers or Stitch Fix? Hey, they use AI to streamline logistics and operations, again, hey, which is the right right warehouse to use and so forth, again, driving inventory and supply chain.

So one group that I worked with, had been growing their business quickly. But they were missing some key insights. Right? They were asking: How do I certify my business decisions, right? What are those good and those bad decisions that I've been making in the way that I approach my particular market? So they're asking questions like, What does good look like from my business? How should I measure my performance and the behaviors of my business?

So as we applied AI to the situation, we found a new framework for certifying good behavior and bad behavior in the way they approach the market and their customers. Then business discovered when and where the good new sales opportunities had the highest probabilities, and of course, the bad opportunities with the lowest probabilities. So now as new opportunities come in, they can quote unquote, certify those opportunities, according to what they learned from the AI.
