In this episode, Therese shares a client story where she told the woman... "You need to come with a warning label!" The client showed up asking to get more patience so she could go slower with the clients who weren’t at the pace she works at. Therese’s client was frustrated so was thought she had to BE different. Instead, Therese told the client that if she figured out her “warning label” and let people know, it would be better for both of them.

The theme around this podcast is that too often we try to "dim down" to meet our clients where they are instead of being fully in our power/brilliance/uniqueness and then asking the clients to raise up to meet us. It’s a powerful differentiator once you get a sense of really taking a stand that this is who you are, who you work best with, and what your people will get when they work with you.
