I worked with Stephanie Pereira Lima in Empowered and Embodied, my six-month group coaching program, and also as a VIP one-on-one client. I witnessed firsthand the immense softening and healing that Stephanie has gone through, and I’m so excited to share our conversation on how her life has changed since coming out of the spiritual closet and awakening her soul calling.

I meet so many women who’s external reality doesn't reflect their spiritual curiosity. Their career and energy is often very contradictory to who they really are and what feels true for them. Stephanie came to me at the height of her Wall Street career in search of support around embracing her feminine energy and leaning into the unknown.

Stephanie opens up about what it was like for her to show up in her raw emotions and share some of the messiness that was happening in her personal life at the time. She describes her experience with surrendering and allowing herself to be seen and held by our community. I highlight how we can start to step into our Queen archetype by encouraging the parts of ourselves that feel afraid to come to the surface and work on reprogramming our belief systems.

Stephanie highlights the changes she’s noticed in her physical health, relationships, and business since dropping into her feminine. She also explains how her dynamic with money has improved and articulates what had to shift for her in order to take the leap and start her own business.
