Navigating the different challenges of the workplace can be very difficult. It could be working in hostile work environments, bullying in the workplace, sexual harassment and more. Most people spend more time at work than they actually spend at home with family. So what affect does that have on a person when dealing with all of the negative things that happen in the workplace. It was my honor to speak with Bonnie Low-Kramen who is a workplace expert and author of "Be the Ultimate Assistant". Our conversation was amazing as alot of the things we discussed were things I have actually experienced in the workplace. She also gives us her expertise on when to ask for a raise, how to go about requesting it and what to do after you've requested it.
