Dorsey spent nearly two decades in digital marketing before becoming a mental health advocate and ADHD coach. In the wake of a covid-19 layoff, she launched FlexYourADHD.com, a website and slack community dedicated to spreading awareness and promoting affirmation of adult ADHD, and to be a day-to-day resource and community to support people with ADHD in living fulfilled lives. She lost her ADHD brother in 2019 from an addiction-related death and additionally seeks to spread awareness around the increased risk of addiction for those with ADHD.
