A big goal for many people is to buy an investment property, however, it can also feel a bit out of reach like it's just too big of a goal. Plus it can be overwhelming and confusing so you can end up feeling like this dream will never come true.

A lot of the time that's just not true, with the right advice, guidance and a good solid strategy in place, it can be a reality for many people.

In this episode I’m chatting with Katie Marshall, the Founder of Chicks and Mortar and author of ‘Chicks and Mortar - A Woman's Guide to investing in property’. Katie is a Certified Property Investment Adviser with the Property Investment Association of Australia.
