Sometimes change is necessary for the betterment. The betterment of our minds, our physical health, our lives as a whole. We don't always know it or see it right at first but hopefully we have the chance, the time, the knowledge, good friends, or something wholly and wonderful thing or things in our life that helps us see that changes are necessary.
And we all know change, or blowing it all up, can be extremely difficult. Especially when those changes are done alone. Well need I remind you that's what this whole movement is about, it is about not having to go through any of this alone.
I was so honoured that Claire, aka ThePlasticArchitect took the time to chat with me about the changes and the self reflection she has made in her life to make her a happier and healthier person.
