Chat Saramiento
Chat is a native of the Philippines who migrated to Los Angeles at the age of 23, armed with a hundred dollars and a degree in accounting and a fearless drive to pursue the American dream. Three weeks later, she landed at Dunn & Bradstreet as a Trust Accountant and remained there eleven years. She then opened her own boutique spa in the toney neighborhood of Brentwood, Los Angeles, CA, a move precipitated by the need to spend more time with her adolescent son.
21 years later, with the sudden passing of her husband, and her son now 31 and safely on his way, Chat decided to close the spa and open yet another chapter in her life. She now focuses on multi-family and commercial real estate investing. With her goal to have a financial freedom from cash flow income from her multifamily real estate investments, Chat has become a limited partner in more than 1000 apartment units and a GP in over 400 units. She has quickly discovered the potential and opportunities for solid returns in multi-family residential investing, by aligning with solid, reputable partners and helping others to discover the same. Chat co-founded a women’s group focusing in Multifamily investing called Multifamily Women’s Mastermind with almost 600 very successful and active members of women apartment owners, operators and investors to date, all collaborating and supporting each other.
Chat is passionate about traveling domestically and internationally. She is also very active in giving back to charitable organization that is very near and dear to her heart, and she is now an Advisory Board member of two charitable organizations very near to her heart Our House, ( a grief support center in Los Angeles, California), and NDL ( Neuro Diverse Living) provides an opportunity for adults with Autism or neurodiversity to thrive and live independently). She has also been a long term supporter of 2 Orphanages in the island where she comes from in the Philippines.

Princess Escoto-Roque
Princess is an Industrial Engineer with expertise in Business Planning for almost 9 years in Manufacturing Industry. She is skilled in planning, reviewing, and developing production procedures development , implementation and control functions in production floor. She is also a licensed real estate agent and started her real estate investing journey in 2018. Her set of skills in business planning and communication skills to Customer gives her advantage to the real estate industry as an asset manager.
