Jerilee Lapinid-Garcia
Born and raised in the Philippines, Jerilee moved to the US in 2000, and in 2008 enlisted in the US Air Force where she's still Active Duty. Before switching to Cybersecurity, Jerilee worked as a generator mechanic for the Civil Engineer Squadron, where she learned the basics of building real property from the ground up. She oversaw $13.5M in real property at her last duty station in Florida. She has an Associates Degree in both Mechanical and Electrical Technology and in Cybersecurity. She currently owns an Airbnb in Florida and has been educating herself through Active Duty Passive Income's Multifamily Academy, and she is also a member of both ADPI and W2 Capitalist's Mastermind.
