You may already know that modern healthcare does not yield health. Sure, plenty of prescription drugs and procedures are dispensed. But real health? Not even close.
In this episode of Defiant Health, I recount how and why I left my cardiology practice to educate people on how to gain actual health, health that is SUPERIOR to the kind of "health" achieved through the doctor's office or hospital. Most doctors actually know very little about real health and how to achieve it. It therefore falls on YOU to learn about and understand how to achieve real health. In short, we are defiant against conventional healthcare. Sure, healthcare is there if you break a leg or develop an infection, but for the many common chronic diseases in our world such as type 2 diabetes, obesity, many forms of heart disease, autoimmune diseases, fatty liver and many other conditions, you can be in charge and manage or prevent these conditions more effectively than the doctor--safely, inexpensively, with results that will leave your doctor speechless.
