You know what fall brings at CPM — another nutrition challenge!

Each year, our nutrition challenge is a member favorite that helps everyone get back in track after a busy summer of travel and — let’s face it — probably a lot of hot dogs and ice cream. 😉

We've titled this challenge, FALL back INTO FITNESS. Think of this challenge that can help two types of people;

1. Those that try to out exercise poor dietary habits 2. Or those that aren't on a consistent exercise routine.

What is the The BIG 5?

Participants will aim to hit five different daily goals for five weeks. You’ll earn one point for each goal you hit, with a possible maximum of five points daily.

Protein, 45-minute Outdoor Walk, No Alcohol, Gallon of Water, CPM Compliant Meal.
