In this episode, I, Annalise, share my personal experience in overcoming the mind. The mind that keeps us stuck, overthinking, overanalysing and rooted in negative and the fear. This has been a journey that I have been on for the past 2 years, however, I have come leaps and bounds in the past 6-12 months and I continue to practice the steps laid out in this podcast.

My hope is that this is insightful and perhaps even a little bit impactful and that you walk away from the episode with tangible steps that you can put in place right away.
