Pat is a Youtuber and standup comedian who’s famous for having two moms. He refuses to pee sitting down like a civilized gentleman, because it was pretty an effort for his two moms to teach him to pee standing up. Pat would tell people he’s from California, hoping people would not realize he’s from the USA.

At the age of 21, Pat had his first diagnosed clinical depression. Since then, he has learned many tools to cope. We’ll discuss many of them in this episode, such as sports, diet, sleep, self-compassion, and THE SECRET WEAPON.
